Navigator Consulting has been selected by an international financial institution to implement three investment projects in Central Asia.
The first project involves construction of a € 20 mln glass bottling plant in Uzbekistan, outside Tashkent. This plant will serve a leading drinks company in Uzbekistan, and export glass bottles to regional countries.
The second project involves expansion of an ice cream distribution network plus investment in fruit and vegetable cold storage and convenience food development. This investment starts at € 10 million.
The third project involves construction of a cold storage facility with jam production, in Tashkent, and involves an investment of € 2 million.
Our work involves a full range of investment advisory services, including commercial due diligence, business plan development, financial modelling and risk analysis. We will be working in Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan for the duration of these projects, which will be completed by December 2017.
We have previously worked in Uzbekistan in our 2008 project on telecommunications cable investment due diligence.
