Theo is an experienced manager and sales professional with an extensive background in human resources management and shipping.

​

He began his career in 1992 the international shipping sector, working in fuel bunkering as a senior trader and division manager in Greece and Lebanon. He also represented a consortium of 6 shipyards in China, Poland, Croatia and Turkey, marketing ship repair and building services to over 300 ship owners and groups world-wide.

​

In 2013, he relocated to Dubai, where he was responsible for setting up a specialized recruitment desk for a boutique firm specializing in Shipping and Maritime sectors. This led to his appointment to lead a recruitment firm in Oil and Gas, managing a team of 4 talent resourcers as Director of Operations.

In 2015, Theo established a new, senior executive search recruitment firm in Dubai which subsequently merged with a bigger player in the region with 5 offices around the world, which he headed their regional office in Dubai with primary focus on business development and client relations.

​

Theo is responsible for marketing, sales and client relationship management in the Middle East and GCC region for Navigator Consulting. Based in Dubai, Theo will be promoting investment advisory services in Greece, Cyprus and other countries in our area of operation.

Theo is a passionate adventurer of less traveled parts of the world and together with his wife enjoy hiking and exploring new countries and cultures. His joys range from cooking for others, reading books on Far Eastern spirituality, participating in team sports as well as a good game of chess.
