Marketing & Operations Executives

Aina Judyte is Marketing and Operations Executive of Navigator Consulting Group. Her role is to support our digital marketing initiatives, customer relationship management as well as wider project management, logistics and operations.

 

A citizen of Lithuania, Aina moved to Cyprus in 2012 to pursue a career in hospitality. As an avid swimmer, hiker and freediver, Aina worked in the Cyprus hospitality sector prior to joining Navigator. 

 

Aina is currently responsible for supporting and leading the strategic management of the company, including corporate, project, and client strategy.  Her role involves project planning, support, knowledge management and evaluation.

 

She contributes in marketing and sales activities of the company, including online content generation and social media marketing. This includes advertising campaigns, database management, newsletters, public relations, conference organization and handling, conference attendance and others.

 

Aina has participated in extended philosophy courses in Lithuania. She is fluent in Lithuanian (native) and English languages. She also holds advanced knowledge of the Greek language.

Her personal interests include freediving, hiking and travel.
