Navigator Consulting Group has begun international promotion of an EU Economic Development Authority in the EU offering economic incentives for investment.
The EDA offers a business and science park with land plots available for corporate set-up and/or relocation. Foreign investors are invited to invest a minimum of EUR 1,000,000 in the Area and to commence operations. The incentives for investors meeting the investment criteria are:
0% corporate income tax for 6 years8% corporate income tax for the 10 years after that
0% dividend tax
0% property tax
The incentive is available to companies that locate manufacturing, logistics or certain service areas in the Area. The latter can include IT companies, online trading companies, data centres, and other innovative segments.
The EU country offers support for research and development, corporate start-up, corporate development and other activities via the EU Structural and Cohesion Funds.
