The Internationalisation and Commercialisation Method for Business Networks (InterCom) project began operations in January, 2014. InterCom focusses on supporting the strategic development of European Business Clusters. This project is co-funded by the Leonardo da Vinci Programme, project number 013-1-PL1-LEO05-38152
The InterCom project takes place in Poland, Lithuania and the United Kingdom. The project partnership includes;

Navigator Consulting Partners LLP, United Kingdom
The InterCom Project will develop and test innovative methods for internationalisation and commercialisation of business clusters and networks. The project partnership will work with at least 10 business clusters in Poland and Lithuania to:
Review cluster strategies and operations
Assess manager competencies
Develop action learning training for online marketing, internationalisation, commercialisation, project management and negotiation skills
Support the strategic development of the clusters through ongoing mentoring and support
Develop and test a Learning Management Platform for the action learning courses.
