The Small Business Consulting Programme is designed to improve the capacities of consultants and experts in the EBRD area of operation.
The EBRD has successfully provided SMEs with business advice for more than 20 years, committing over €230 million of donor funds to assist over 15,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in 35 countries. The vast majority of companies that have benefited from the programme experienced an increase in their turnover and productivity and results are equally impressive with regard to job creation and access to external finance.
Philip has been selected to provide Business Diagnostic services.
In this capacity, he will act as a trainer and consultant to EBRD country offices. The first training programme is planned for Bucharest, Romania in December 2016.
Philip has been working as a consultant for the EBRD since 1999, when he became Marketing Monitoring Consultant for Obolon Brewery, Kiev. Some representative project experience includes:
