In designing customised programmes, we work closely with client HR and general management to define training objectives, develop curricula and training tools, implement the training and monitor the results.
To date, we have designed and implemented over 75 major training programmes, with over 1,000 managers and staff trained.
Our training programmes are designed with specific learning outcomes in mind. These are distributed within course modules, but also reflect the knowledge gained from the training course as a whole.
The training programmes are adaptable to specific corporate and sectoral contexts. A brief training programme can last 2-4 hours; an intensive one can last up to 5 days. Elements of Action Learning, case studies, business simulations, small group work and other didactical methods can be magnified or limited, based on client requirements.
