As the digital economy grows, small enterprises must adapt to changing online requirements.
These include the fact that customers expect rapid responses and a clear value proposition, and are not shy to express their discontent on Facebook, Google+ or other social media platforms when disappointed.
With this in mind, Navigator Consulting and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry organised a 2-day strategic training programme on the subject of Online Customer Experience Management for Small Enterprises in Cyprus.
The training seminar took place at the Limassol Chamber of Commerce on 7-8 March.
Following the training seminar, full-day consultancy visits were organised to each participating small enterprise. This permitted each enterprise to troubleshoot and work on issues specific to their company, sector and business model.
The small enterprises were a cross-section of Cyprus industry, and included:
Nicos Rossos, a professional services provider representing BUPA in Cyprus, and launching a medical tourism provider
Spectus, the leading wine retailer and distributor in Cyprus
GDG Great Deal, an online retailer with extensive experience in North American sales through Amazon.com, eBay.com and other retailers
Puzzle Designs, a full-service marketing firm in Limassol
Guardian Insurance / Takis Mannas, a second-generation general insurance broker in Limassol
Radio Paphos, the only radio station in Paphos, about to go national
Y. Christodoulou Enterprises, the bottler of Laona Water
Attikouris Enterprises, a multi-brand importer and retailer of high technology medical equipment
