Debene Wellness is recruiting an accountant and tax representative in Spain.

We are a Cypriot company that is developing an online health and wellness website across Europe. A key aspect of our work is selling food supplements online. Further information on our firm can be found here:
Spain is a key priority for our company and we would like to start operations there in the next two months (April or May 2021).
We are looking for an English-speaking accounting firm or reliable individual accountant that can:
a. Assist us in registering for VAT in Spain;
b. Act as our local tax representative in Spain;
c. Ensuring that our VAT and income tax filings are done on time and accurately;
d. Otherwise supporting our work in Spain from the accounting and tax perspective.
Our food supplements are already registered in Spain, and are supplied by a Portuguese company. We will be acting as their online sales partner. As time goes on, we will add further suppliers into our value chain.
We are looking for someone who:
a. Can communicate fluently in English
b. Can use Skype or Zoom and email for the majority of communications
c. Can keep track of deadlines
d. Will inform us proactively and clearly of all requirements
e. Will help us grow our company.
