The 22nd Cyprus Entrepreneurship Competition (CyEC) received and evaluated submissions for participation in late September 2022, and has selected six start-up teams to enter the next stage of the Competition, which is Business Acceleration.

The Business Acceleration phase features 45 days of mentoring and training provided by a range of leading entrepreneurs and start-up founders. At the end of this process, the competitors will present their business plans to a jury, and the winning teams announced.
The Cyprus Entrepreneurship Competition is organized by the Centre for Entrepreneurship of the University of Cyprus, on behalf of the Cyprus Ministry of Commerce, Energy and Industry. It is one of the few non-equity, non-dilutive competitions available and is now in its 22nd year of operations.
