Navigator Consulting & Innovation Partners Ltd. successfully completed its two-day seminar, “Advanced Content Marketing: Using Video Generation and Automation,” held on 17–18 February 2026 at the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI) in Nicosia.

The programme was led by Philip Ammerman, Founder and Managing Director of Navigator, and was attended by representatives of 18 companies from across Cyprus, spanning professional services, technology, tourism, retail, and industrial sectors.

The seminar addressed the accelerating shift toward dynamic video-based marketing and the integration of automation tools within structured digital marketing strategies. Participants received strategic and hands-on training covering:

  • Advanced video content marketing frameworks

  • Audience segmentation and conversion analysis

  • On-page and off-page SEO methodologies

  • Short-form video production using smartphones

  • Editing workflows using CapCut

  • Avatar-based video creation using Synthesia

  • Social media advertising strategy (TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • ROI measurement and budgeting using structured KPI frameworks

A central focus of the programme was aligning video marketing with measurable business outcomes, ensuring that dynamic content supports structured sales funnels, brand positioning, and long-term digital competitiveness.

During the workshops, participating companies developed and produced short-form video content under one minute in length, incorporating storyboarding, transcript optimisation for SEO, and defined Calls-to-Action. The training also introduced a structured 10-step methodology for implementing technical content marketing within an enterprise environment.

Commenting on the successful completion of the seminar, Philip Ammerman stated:

“Cypriot enterprises are at an important turning point. Video content is no longer optional: it is central to visibility, engagement, and lead generation. The companies participating demonstrated strong readiness to adopt structured, ROI-driven content strategies rather than ad-hoc social media activity.”

As part of the programme’s extended implementation phase, Navigator has now commenced structured one-to-one consulting visits with each of the 18 participating companies. These on-site sessions will include:

  • Review of each company’s existing marketing and digital ecosystem

  • Competitor benchmarking

  • Technical SEO assessment

  • Customised video content strategy design

  • Budget planning and ROI forecasting

  • Implementation roadmaps tailored to each business model

The individual consulting visits are designed to convert training knowledge into operational execution, ensuring that each enterprise develops a practical, measurable, and sustainable video-driven content marketing strategy.

Navigator remains committed to supporting Cypriot businesses in digital transformation, advanced marketing systems, and performance improvement through structured methodologies and measurable results.
