Business Developer Recruitment: Battery Energy Storage Systems, Greece

Navigator Consulting & Innovation Partners Ltd. is expanding its activities in the Greek energy market and is seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to support the commercial development of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects.


This position is based in Athens and involves active coordination of market outreach, client engagement, and bid support activities within the growing energy storage sector.


Role Overview


The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying potential customers and facilitating structured communication between Navigator, technology partners, and prospective clients across Greece.


Primary duties include:


  • Researching and mapping potential client segments such as:

    • Renewable energy operators

    • Healthcare institutions

    • Industrial and mining enterprises

    • Commercial properties and logistics facilities

    • Remote or energy-isolated sites

  • Preparing and managing targeted outreach campaigns

  • Organising and conducting introductory meetings and technical briefings

  • Supporting proposal development and tender submissions

  • Acting as a coordination bridge between Navigator and equipment suppliers

  • Maintaining organised sales tracking reports and activity summaries


Qualifications & Skills


We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Energy Systems, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently

  • Analytical and structured reporting capability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle


Professional experience is not mandatory; however, applicants with approximately 3–5 years of experience in energy, engineering, project support, or technical sales environments will be favourably considered.
