Navigator is bidding on a coaching contract for an international European bank. This assignment includes the provision of coaching services to individuals and teams of middle- and senior-managers as well as specialist staff.
We are currently seeking individual coaches to join our team for the purpose of this bid. The qualifications requested are:
At least 5, and preferably 10 years experience as a coach, mentor, or senior HR advisor to financial sector institutions
Member of a coaching association or federation, and/or holder of a coaching accreditation or equivalent certification
Fluency in English and/or French; fluency in German would be an advantage
Experience as a line manager or as a strategic HR manager in an international investment, development or retail bank would be an advantage.
We will evaluate all CVs received based on these criteria, with an emphasis on financial sector and/or international organisation experience.
