Mirum Hellas has announced approval for the construction of a 202-berth marina. This will be part of the Elounda Hills Resort, an environmentally-friendly luxury tourism project based in the popular resort area of Crete.
The resort will be located on an 80 hectare site overlooking Mirabello Bay. Both the hotel and the marina will be developed in phases corresponding to customer demand.
After completion, the venture is expected to create at least 350 permanent jobs and multiple seasonal employment positions.
The marina approval was implemented under Greece’s Fast Track Investment Licensing procedure.
