Aina Judyte promoted to Venture Partner for ART.Cy

Navigator Consulting is pleased to announce the promotion of Aina Judyte to Venture Partner for ART.Cy, Navigator’s arts and culture initiative.

Aina joined Navigator on 1 September 2023 and has progressed rapidly within the firm. She has played a vital role at ART.Cy since its establishment in June 2024, mapping the Cyprus arts and culture ecosystem and co-organising two major art exhibitions together with several smaller events.

This experience, together with her patience and hard work in managing events as well as coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders, has led to her promotion.

Her additional responsibilities extend across several important areas of Navigator’s work. Aina coordinates our cooperation with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, through which Navigator implements between two and four training programmes each year focusing on technological change and its implications for companies and their employees.

She also coordinates Invest4Impact, Navigator’s international business accelerator. Invest4Impact trains startup founders to move beyond the Minimum Viable Product and develop Minimum Viable Enterprises with the strategy, organisation, financial foundations and commercial readiness required to attract investment.

In addition to these programme responsibilities, Aina coordinates Navigator’s marketing and operations. She will continue in her position as Operations & Marketing Manager alongside her new role as Venture Partner.

As Venture Partner, Aina will lead the continuing development of ART.Cy and participate directly in the future success of the initiative.
