We are pleased to welcome a new Marketing & Operations Executive to Navigator Consulting. Aina Judyte is joining our company to support our digital marketing initiatives, customer relationship management and wider logistics and operations.
A citizen of Lithuania, Aina moved to Cyprus in 2012 to pursue a career in hospitality. As an avid swimmer, hiker and freediver, Aina worked in the Cyprus hospitality sector prior to joining Navigator.
Aina has participated in extended philosophy courses in Lithuania. She is fluent in Lithuanian (native) and English languages. She also holds advanced knowledge of the Greek language.
Aina is currently responsible for supporting and leading the strategic management of the company, including corporate, project, and client strategy. Her role involves project planning, support, knowledge management and evaluation.
She contributes in marketing and sales activities of the company, including online content generation and social media marketing. This includes managing advertising campaigns, database management, newsletters, public relations, conference organization and administration, conference attendance and others.
Her personal interests include freediving, hiking and various outdoor activities. She is passionate about environmental and ocean conservation.
