Nineteen companies complete Customer Experience Management training


Nineteen small enterprises completed Navigator's Online Customer Experience Management training in Nicosia last week. This was a cross-sectoral training programme that explored issues such as customer segmentation, website design, content management, social media engagement and user experience online.


Of the nineteen participants, seventeen qualify for follow-on consultancy visits.
