In January – May 2022, Navigator Consulting completed a blended learning programme on digital transformation in Cyprus. The training project included 2 days of classroom training followed by 1-day consultations for participating companies in the programme.
Following the 2+ year COVID Pandemic, digital transformation is accelerating in Cyprus and other countries in Europe. According to Statista, global retail ecommerce reached $ 4.9 trillion in 2021, and is forecast to reach $ 7.4 trillion by 2025.
Digital transformation is also seen in other domains: in the switch to online entertainment via e-gaming or Netflix; in online food ordering; in online travel and banking; and a range of other applications.
Digital transformation addresses the changes associated with the application of digital technology in all aspects of human society. Our training programme supports enterprises in migrating online using practical and tangible strategies, tools and tactics.
