Leo is an experienced banker and financial strategist with more than 25 years of experience in advising large families and financial institutions on complex, cross-border wealth structuring and investment matters.
He is the former CEO of the Klesch Family Office, where he was responsible for managing the principal family's private assets in addition to leading corporate restructuring exercises and participating in all aspects of the Group's M&A activities.
Leo spent over 20 years with large Swiss banks and was one of the first movers in the effort to promote transparent and fully-compliant banking and fiduciary services in Europe.
He has held executive positions with Julius Baer Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch and Banque Suisse.
He also served as the Zurich Treasurer of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.
He holds a Masters degree in International Private Law and International Business from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and graduated from Boston University's Department of International Relations with Distinction.
In his free time, Leo teaches martial arts and enjoys music, reading and cooking. He resides in Zollikon, Switzerland.
