Women TechEU call #4 now open

The Women TechEU call targets women‑led, early‑stage deep‑tech startups based in EU Member States or Horizon Europe associated countries. The call offers up to € 75,000 in non‑dilutive grant funding plus a tailored business development package. The call opened on 2 June 2025 and closes on 4 August 2025.

Women TechEU call #4 is designed for women founders leading early-stage deep-tech startups. Eligible applicants should be working on breakthrough innovations with strong potential to drive Europe’s green, digital, or social transitions. Ideal candidates are CEOs or equivalent leaders of startups that are less than 10 years old, with fewer than 250 employees and under € 50 million in annual turnover.

Programme support includes:

• Monthly mentoring.

• Investor outreach & pitch prep.

• Export readiness & soft‑skills training.

• Sales strategy, environmental impact assessments, corporate access.

40 startups will be selected under this final call, contributing to the total of 160 funded across all four rounds. For this fourth and last call, the total available budget is € 3,000,000.
