Navigator Consulting completed a due diligence study and business plan for a EUR 75.5 mln investment and working capital loan for the largest flexible packaging manufacturer in Ukraine and the former Soviet Union.
Our due diligence responsibilities included:

The project has been prepared on behalf of the manufacturer and submitted to an international investment bank for financing. The project has recently been approved and loan disbursement will start in late 2010.
