About the event
The aim of the Lean Digital Transformation training is to prioritise and support the process of enterprise digital transformation by applying a strategic approach based on lean management. Too many companies simply attempt to transfer their existing business processes, approval cultures and authorization requirements online. This approach often fails, because customers, employees and suppliers are unwilling to follow unnecessary and complex procedures online.
Lean Digital Transformation focusses on re-designing the business processes of an enterprise, including the authorization process, the organizational development and the business culture required for decision-making, process control and digital fulfillment.
