Advanced Content Marketing
using Video Generation and Animation
Navigator Consulting designed and delivered the Advanced Content Marketing using Video Generation and Animation programme for the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI) under the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) training framework.

What We Did

Delivered over four programme cycles, the programme involved approximately 90 Cypriot companies and 120 managers and professionals. Participating companies represented a broad cross-section of the Cypriot economy, including major banks and insurance companies, shipping and food-processing enterprises, technology start-ups and leading fintech companies.

Navigator developed the complete curriculum, training materials, workshops and practical exercises specifically for the programme. The programme combines digital marketing strategy with hands-on application of contemporary content creation, video, Artificial Intelligence and Search Engine Optimisation technologies. The formal learning objectives extend beyond technical proficiency to the development of content marketing strategy, evaluation of campaign ROI and alignment of online marketing with wider corporate and sales strategy.

Industry & Sectoral Demand
Rapid advances in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, avatar creation and video production and editing technologies are transforming the economics of content creation. Tools that once required specialist technical skills, professional studios or expensive advertising and production agencies are increasingly accessible to SMEs and their own management and marketing teams.

This forms part of a wider pattern of technological evolution. The first generation of new technologies is typically expensive, complex and accessible primarily to large organisations and specialist providers. Successive waves of innovation, competition and market adoption progressively reduce costs and simplify implementation, allowing increasingly sophisticated technologies to be adopted and integrated by SMEs and even very small firms.

This creates an important capability for SMEs. Companies increasingly develop their own messages, produce and edit professional content, create video and AI-generated material and distribute campaigns directly. External agencies and specialists remain important, but companies no longer need to outsource every stage of the content development and digital marketing process.

The Advanced Content Marketing programme responds to this transition by developing both the strategic understanding and practical capabilities required to use these technologies effectively.

Curriculum Development & Training Design
Navigator developed the curriculum specifically around the relationship between marketing strategy, content creation, technology and commercial results. The programme covers:

-
Content Marketing Strategy and the online conversion cycle;
-
B2B, B2C and B2B2C audience definition and segmentation;
-
Value propositions, messaging and storyboarding;
-
Video filming, production and editing;
-

Keyword research and search demand;
-

-
Backlinking and domain authority;
-
Content distribution and campaign planning;
-
Social media and digital advertising;
-
Influencer strategies; and
-
Campaign monitoring, analytics and Return on Investment.
The curriculum integrates practical work with technologies and platforms including CapCut, Synthesia, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google Search, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Ahrefs, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

The course architecture itself demonstrates the breadth of the programme, progressing from content-marketing fundamentals and audience definition through human-powered video production, SEO, AI-avatar production, content distribution and social-media advertising.

Applied Training & Blended Learning

The programme is deliberately designed not as conventional classroom training, but as an applied learning programme combining instruction, demonstration, workshops, practical exercises and direct application within participating companies.
Participants move progressively from understanding a concept to applying it. They define audiences, develop messages and Calls to Action, prepare storyboards, film content, edit video, create AI avatars, research keywords, evaluate search optimisation and consider how the resulting content is distributed and promoted.

This connects:
Strategy → Audience → Message → Content → Technology → Distribution → Conversion → Measurement
The programme therefore develops capabilities that participants apply directly to their own products, services, customers and markets rather than treating digital marketing technologies as abstract subjects.

In-Company Consulting Visit
A particularly important component is the individual consulting visit provided to each participating company.
Following the formal training, Navigator works directly with each company to apply the methodology to its own commercial environment. The company visit confirms priority audience segments and products or services, develops appropriate messaging and storyboards, produces initial video content and reviews the processes required for posting, optimisation and performance monitoring.
The visit also helps the company move from experimentation with individual pieces of content towards a structured campaign approach. Participants develop promotional initiatives, recurring messages and content schedules and consider how engagement and ROI are monitored over time.
This component transforms the assignment from a training seminar into a combined training, capability-development and in-company consulting intervention.
Outcomes & Impact
The Advanced Content Marketing training programme developed the ability of participating managers and companies to take greater ownership of their digital marketing activities.
Participants leave the programme with a stronger understanding of how to:
-
Define audiences and develop appropriate marketing messages;
-
Connect content marketing with wider marketing and sales strategy;
-
Produce and edit video content internally;
-
Use AI and avatar technologies for content development;
-
Research keywords and understand search demand;
-
Optimise website and video content for search engines;
-
Develop Calls to Action and conversion pathways;
-
Plan integrated content campaigns rather than isolated posts;
-
Select appropriate distribution and advertising channels; and
-
Monitor engagement, conversion and Return on Investment.
The Advanced Content Marketing programme's emphasis is ultimately on capability transfer. Rather than simply explaining what contemporary digital marketing technologies can do, Navigator enables participating companies to begin applying the tools themselves and to develop the internal knowledge required to continue experimenting, learning and improving after the programme concludes.
