Within the terms of the IFI’s Local Private Sector Framework, NAVIGATOR implemented a commercial and technical verification of a major Ukrainian producer of steel wire parts, including low carbon wire, zinc-coated wire, steel bolts, nails and other products.

In May 2002, NAVIGATOR was commissioned by the Ukrainian market leader in corrugated packaging to develop a comprehensive business plan for a $ 62.8 million investment in the corrugated packaging sector in Ukraine.

In March 2007, NAVIGATOR was commissioned by a multinational packaging firm to develop a business plan for a large-scale investment programme comprising the installation of a third paper machine as well as expansion of corrugation and box-making capacity.

In October 2007, NAVIGATOR was commissioned by an International Financial Institution to conduct a detailed due diligence for an Uzbek manufacturer of telecommunications, power and electrical cables and wires.

Navigator implemented a comprehensive market entry study on the automotive parc and demand for two key automotive components in the 6-nation Gulf Cooperation Council, comprising the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait.
