The InterCom Project developed and tested innovative methods for internationalisation and commercialisation of business clusters and networks. The project partnership worked with 12 business clusters in Poland and Lithuania to:
Review cluster strategies and operations
Assess manager competencies
Develop action learning training for online marketing, internationalisation, commercialisation, project management and negotiation skills
Support the strategic development of the clusters through ongoing mentoring and support
Develop and test a Learning Management Platform for the action learning courses.

Navigator Consulting Partners provided methodological and training support for the project, drawing on its experience advising international business clusters and networks as well as other clients.
A key outcome of this project has been our launch of Business Cluster Network, an online community and professional intelligence platform for business networks and clusters.
