Navigator is a consultancy focusing on investment advisory, digital transformation and performance improvement. In addition to our consultancy work, we invest in and operate start-ups and work with a network of business partners that include other consultancies, chambers of commerce, universities, research institutes and financial institutions.


Job Description


Your tasks will include

  1. Management of incoming and outbound communications, including post, email, telephone calls, courier deliveries, etc.

  2. Coordinating payment of office utilities and vendors such as electricity, internet, telephone, cleaning, etc.

  3. Communication with our accountants and other external partners

  4. Recording project and office expenditure using MS Excel

  5. Client communications and outreach where needed, including maintaining contact databases

  6. Support for organizing events and training programmes

  7. Document filing and administration

  8. Secondary research, reporting and data entry for projects

  9. Attending conferences and events

  10. Other tasks as needed.


Travel and work to Nicosia, Paphos and other cities in Cyprus will be necessary, for instance during two-day training seminars or attending conferences and events. You are also welcome to join our project events in Athens and other locations if this is of interest.


We are seeking a motivated and responsible male or female candidate who will be able to take an active role in administration and management of routine operations and project work. This is a long-term position: please do not apply for the position if you envision this as a temporary post.

We are looking for someone who is:

Mandatory skills include:

  • High fluency in English: writing, speaking, reading

  • Additional fluency in Greek

  • Knowledge of other languages are preferred

  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

  • Driving license


Salary and Compensation


We provide:

  • A starting gross salary of € 1200 per month

  • A performance bonus based on meeting professional targets

Additional Information


Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 0900-1700. This is a full-time position.

We work in a non-smoking environment.


A total of five staff currently work in our office and it is likely that these will expand.
