In this presentation, Philip Ammerman will outline 7 key questions that start-up founder teams need to be ready for in terms of understand Investor Requirements. Each point will be explained through the perspective of an investor, and then interpreted in terms of what kinds of documentation and what kinds of answers founder teams should be ready for.
These questions assume that you have a business plan and company valuation estimate.
