Consultancies

We have a wide range of experience in working with other consultancy partners, either as a consortium leader or as a sub-contractor.

In order to assure a mutually beneficial experience, we prefer that any cooperation be based on the following principles:

  • Client Value: The consultancy project must be based on the principle of providing value to the client. Thus, the project methodology, its deliverables and its eventual financial terms must be drafted with the client’s best interest in mind.

  • Joint Planning & Agreement: The work that is to be implemented by Navigator and/or its sub-contractors must be planned in advance, subject to a clear financial agreement and work plan. We do not accept to open-ended project cooperation agreements, or joint proposal participation where our role is not sufficiently clear.

  • Reporting: The reporting obligations to be undertaken by our company must be clearly defined in terms of written report, presentation and other inputs. Our reports are usually in English, and comprise compound documents in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

  • Confidentiality Policy: We treat client data and information with strict confidentiality, and design our project interventions accordingly. If sub-contracting to other organisations, we request clear, written confidentiality policy guidelines. If we are sub-contracting, we expect our sub-contractors to respect the letter and meaning of our confidentiality policy.

  • Representation: A clear and mutually-acceptable policy on representation of the individual work or corporate work undertaken by our company and consultants must be in force.

  • Contracts: All work is performed on the basis of a legal contract.
