Our client is a leading hotel in Athens, with over 300 rooms and an important position in the conferences and meetings market.
Our responsibilities include:
Financial and operational analysis of hotel operations
Development of a hotel valuation and investment thesis
Development of a restructuring, repositioning and renovation plan
Support for outreach to and communications with foreign investors.
Comprehensive legal, financial and technical due diligence is currently being implemented on our client by an international property fund.
