NAVIGATOR is implementing a strategic training and consultancy programme entitled "Development of Cypriot enterprises in the European Union: Offensive and Defensive Strategic Planning & Tactics". This project develops a Strategic Planning Framework for enterprises competing in European markets, and includes 8 generic strategic approaches for business competitiveness and productivity. A cluster of 15 enterprises are participating, including 2 leading dairy companies, major service providers, food processors and distributors, and others.

JSC Rubezhnoye Board & Packaging Group
UK, Poland, Ukraine & Russia 2003 — ongoing
NAVIGATOR is supporting a large-scale corporate development project for the growth of a multinational packaging firm into critical markets in Ukraine, Russia, Central Asia and the Baltic countries. This project includes the following components:
  • Development of a marketing strategy for packaging sales and investment expansion to 2010;
  • Specification of competencies and role requirements; recruitment of the HR, Procurement, Marketing and Financial Managers;
  • Strategic development of the Marketing & Sales Function;
  • Definition and implementation of a management development programme for specialists and managers.
Russian International Academy of Tourism (RIAT)
Russia, 2003 — 2004
This is a multi-phase project that includes strategic and business model analysis of RIAT (Moscow); curriculum review; strengthening of competitiveness through new offerings and courses; development of international alliances with leading tourism education institutions; teacher and administrator training; development of fundraising, public relations and alumni resources.

Ukrainian Financial-Industrial Group
Ukraine, 2001 — 2002
Development of corporate strategy for a major Ukrainian financial-industrial group. The project focussed on the fruit juice production company member of the conglomerate. NAVIGATOR implemented a comprehensive environmental analysis and developed a three-year strategic framework for growth.
