Achieving the Lisbon Goals: The Contribution of Vocational and Educational Training Systems Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Slovenia, United Kingdom February 2003 - January 2004

NAVIGATOR participated in a project consortium led by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) of London for the development of a major study analyzing the Lisbon Agenda and the specific role of Vocational Education and Training (VET) systems.

Strengthening of Partnership between Management Training Institutions and Companies Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, France, Italy October 2000 - September 2003

NAVIGATOR implemented Phases I-III of the European Training Foundation’s project Strengthening of Partnership between Management Training Institutions and Companies in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in 2001-2003.

Strategic Training Programmes Cyprus February 1996 - present

Since 1996, NAVIGATOR has supported the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry in developing and implementing a management development programme for SMEs, entrepreneurs, semi-governmental organisations, and companies.

Investment Planning: Aquaculture Investments Greece October 1995 - June 1999

The rapid growth of the Hellenic aquaculture sector has been well-documented. Starting in the mid-1980s, this sector saw the establishment of a number of small, artisanal units, mostly for sea bass and sea bream.

CRM Development: Food Processing & Distribution Cyprus February - May 2006

NAVIGATOR implemented a comprehensive CRM analysis of a leading Cypriot food processing and distribution firm. The objective was to determine which clients were truly profitable, and how to structure sales and distribution activities and processes as a result.
