Navigator Consulting Group is an international consultancy specialising in business development and economic transformation in the changing global economy.

Our mission is to support the process of strategic change. We guide companies and institutions through strategic development, performance improvement and growth. Our role is to act as a trusted advisor, providing objective and results-oriented analysis, solutions and implementation.

Our Emerging Market Advisory supports enterprises in the transition economies of the former Soviet Union, Central & Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe. This includes market entry, post-privatisation, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and post-acquisition support services that have been specially adapted to the business, regulatory and consumer environment.

Our clients include multinational corporations as well as regional market leaders in such sectors as natural resources and building materials; food processing; fast-moving consumer goods; packaging; and other manufacturers.

We work extensively with buy-side organisations, including investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms and business angels. We have extensive experience with multilateral financial organisations including the European Bank for Reconstruction & Developent (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), the World Bank and others.

We are also advisors to the European Commission, international financial institutions and national governments.

Since 2010, we have been investing in start-ups and spin-offs and have developed our own business incubation and accelleration service.

Founded in 1995 in Athens, Greece, we are today headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, together with a wide network of associated partners in the CEE and NIS regions.
