NAVIGATOR Consulting Group was awarded Phase III of the European Training Foundation's project: "Strengthening of Partnership between Management Training Institutions and Companies".
Phase III took place in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the European Union from November 2002 - September 2003. The objectives of the project were to:

Disseminate the Management Tool Kit approach to diagnosing corporate management development needs, developing training programmes, and implementing training. |

Promote the need for management development as an integral part of the transition process |
| · |
Organise a series of conferences and training events on trends in management development as well as the Management Tool Kit. |
| · |
Organise a study tour to France and Italy in 2003 for selected participants from the target region. |
